Healing Breeze
Stupid question - in Prophecies, if your secondary is monk, you do not get the skill Healing Breeze in pre-searing.
After you have ascended, if you take a quest to change your secondary, and then switch it back to Monk, does the skill Healing Breeze unlock itself for you to use? Or do you not get it because you started out with monk as your secondary? |

You can get Healing Breeze from the desert quest The Monk's Path which is given by Nausuan in the Seeker's Passage. Or, you can purchase it from Sir Bertram in Ascalon City.

If you take another one of the quests (e.g. The Warrior's Path) and then switch your secondary back to Monk, does the skill show up? |

Looks like I misunderstood the question. I would say no. If you already have Monk as a secondary, you cannot do The Monk's Path quest in the desert, so you cannot obtain the skill in that manner.
You will have to purchase the skill. |
